Jodi Hays studied at School of Visual Arts and graduated from the University of Tennessee (BFA, Drawing). She pursued studio and curatorial projects in Boston where she lived (1998-2005). She earned her MFA from Vermont College of Fine Art. Her work is shown nationally and she has completed residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and Cooper Union School of Art.  She teaches and curates at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Her work can be viewed through TAG Art Gallery, Gallery ELL (Brooklyn) and at The Drawing Center (NYC).
