I've tried to save my application, but it's not working. I've spoken to tech support, but haven't had the issue resolved. Is there an alternative means to submit my application?

Any nationality is eligible! What you should apply with is your concept. Please focus on a detailed description of your idea. The space can contain whatever is relevant for your concrete proposal.

2. If the work is to be created within the one week period of stay, what am I to upload, apart from a description of the proposed project?
