Oneiric: Grasping the Shadow

Renowned psychologist Carl Jung observed that portions of our whole personality which we knowingly or unknowingly judge, become disowned & are frequently projected outward in dreams in various forms. Jung referred to these symbolic figures as \\\'the shadow\\\', & said that reaccepting these disowned portions of ourselves can free us from that which is self-negating & self-defeating.
