New Prints

This is my latest series of printwork. It explores organic forms that seem to display both micro- and macroscopic views of our world. The small size of the prints compels the viewer to get close to the work to scrutinize and wonder about what they are seeing. Cell walls, fingers, or shells from the ocean may reveal themselves only to disappear into a rain cloud or rocky ridge. The curved edges of the images further lend to the idea of peering through -perhaps a window, perhaps a microscope- to gain an intimate observation of the forms.
