I'm Beginning To Understand

This video was my MFA thesis while I was at MICA. It is based on my near death experience that occured during a routine screening. Captured in 4k and presented in 5.1 surround audio. The work was presented in a 16' x 16' black box. The 9' tall figures appeared to levitate one foot off of the ground. Sounds of the heartbeats and breathing emanated out of the figures. The rest of the room was fill with the ambiance of a walk in freezer. Brain waves from Delta to gamma were in the surround speakers. In addition. the sound of an IV pump (which I recorded while in the hospital) was placed above the veiwers head.
