I like to stay uncertain and in the unknown when working. The medium of pen and ink itself, asks to be kept present and on the edge. As a dancer, I draw (no pun intended) a similarity between dance and the visual arts. In both, there is the need for a foundation you can rely on and the courage to move "where no man/woman has gone before".An image can evoke an entire story about a life. This is my way of telling that story visually. .
