Artist StatementDrawing and painting are for me the key to a new world where thoughts and words are expressed in color and form. I have tried working in most medias and now I have evolved a preference to oil and digital media. In most of my works I debate matters of identity and the struggle of fitting in. I usually use realism and surrealism combined to illustrate this process. The colors and the proportions are as important as the theme and I consider a work done when it is properly balanced. I believe in the progress and the diversification of an artist and the perfection of the work.
