During the creative process, I have no expectations; I am consistently amazed when something emerges from my imagination.
You may be aware of the left/right brain theory. The right hemisphere allows me to be creative, intuitive, instinctual, emotional, ecstatic, etc. Friedrich Nietzsche called this phenomenon Dionysian.
