My work is an exploration into a number of areas of research. One aspect of my work is the contemporary relationship between man and nature. Another aspect I explore is contemporary anthropology. I am intrigued by the exponential growth of population and the ongoing shift to urban environments. In my practice I explore these notions using photography, video, installation, performance and participatory projects. Often this work uses humour to emphasise my view of the importance of the approachability of contemporary art. This approach often proves to create works that can be interesting and engaging to everybody and not only the creative and academic. Engaging with the local comunitie/genral public is a major part of my practice. Taking the form of participatory projects, these dialouges searve as stimulus to devlop my work.
