I am the founder/director of Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. (ASCI). Although mostly a virtual organization now, we began in New York City in 1988, where many of our art-sci activities still take place. During the 1990's, ASCI produced seminal "art & technology" public symposia, panels, speaker series, and exhibitions. And from 1998-2002, our four Art-Science international symposia on collaboration was instrumental in coalesing the "art & science" field. Our history and work is extensively documented at our website. We also produce an annual, international, juried, digital print exhibition.
